The location of this hotel is fantastic, being very close to Sapporo JR station. It is just next to the station, so it's incredibly convenient for travelers. Additionally, the staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities in the rooms, like wifi, are great.

Everything was okay, no improvements needed.

This hotel is close to the Sapporo Station. It serves a good and clean room. Hotel staffs are friendly.

We stayed at a hotel near the railway station and it was very convenient. the hotel is within a short walking distance from Sapporo JR and subway stations. There were also several convenience stores nearby. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and breakfast was included in the price.

The hotel's cleanliness could have been better, as one guest mentioned experiencing an issue with housekeeping not properly cleaning the room.

The hotel is located close to Sapporo train station. You can walk to the hotel within 3 mins from the train station. Their breakfast is delicious. The room is clean but small. Free Wifi in every room which is a fantastic service! You can also arrange luggage delivery service via the counter. You must return the hotel keys to the counter staff everytime you leave the hotel. Otherwise, they will not clean your room.

I hope the staffs can improve their english speaking skill.

The location couldn't have been better - just next to the Sapporo JR station, making it super convenient for exploring the city. We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and just a short walk to a beautiful park. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and filling.

Location was perfect for a romantic getaway. We found a lot of convenience stores nearby, and the bed size was pleasing. the breakfast was an added bonus with freshly prepared dishes and a lovely spread.

The room was a bit old and not clean. It had an old smell, and the room floor seemed like it had not been vacuumed.

If you're looking for a great base to explore the city from, this hotel is perfect. It's conveniently located near several shopping malls and public transportation. the breakfast offers a good variety of food, including Japanese favorites like onigiri and miso soup, and the staff are polite and helpful. the clean and comfortable rooms come with all the necessary amenities, including excellent wifi.

Another downside is that the overall look of the rooms is a bit dated, but that doesn't take away from the comfort and functionality.
